IS IT DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH CLUB CHAMPION?
No. The program is designed to be simple and seamless. We work with your members, students, and customers the way you want us to. Club Champion functions as an extension of your member experience, not a replacement for it.
HOW AM I PAID?
Revenue share payments are made via direct deposit on the 20th of the month following shipment of the clubs.
DOES A MEMBER HAVE TO BUY AFTER THEY GET FITTED?
No. If we cannot clearly improve upon their current equipment, or if they simply choose not to purchase, there is no obligation to buy.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE CLUBS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?
Approximately 90% of orders ship within 10 business days. Club Champion maintains roughly $10 million in inventory to support fast build times.
CAN I RECEIVE REVENUE SHARE FROM MY MEMBERS’ REPEAT PURCHASES?
Yes. You receive revenue share on your members’ purchases for as long as you remain an active partner. Approximately 55% of golfers who get fit return for additional club purchases within three years.
WHAT IF A MEMBER TIED TO MY ACCOUNT BUYS AT A DIFFERENT CLUB CHAMPION LOCATION?
You still receive your revenue share payout, provided you remain an active partner.
WHAT DOES “REMAIN ACTIVE” MEAN?
To remain active, a partner must refer at least one member per calendar year who completes a purchase. The fiscal year runs January through December.
WHAT IF MY MEMBER IS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR FIT?
Club Champion offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee. If adjustments are needed, we will make it right and ensure your referred player is satisfied.
WHAT DOES THE TYPICAL CLUB CHAMPION CUSTOMER LOOK LIKE?
Club Champion customers closely resemble private and semi-private club memberships. They are typically:
- Passionate golfers playing 30+ rounds per year (many play 60+)
- Members of private, semi-private, or resort facilities
- Skew older and affluent
- Enjoy traveling for golf
HOW DO I KNOW CLUB CHAMPION WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY MEMBER?
Club Champion consistently earns industry-leading satisfaction scores, as measured by an independent third party, across all handicap levels.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR PARTNERS?
Yes. Partners and their staff are eligible for complimentary fittings and can purchase clubs at Club Champion’s cost. Partners are also welcome to attend fittings to add value to their member’s experience.
HOW MUCH DO FITTINGS COST FOR MY MEMBERS?
Fitting fees vary by fitting type and duration. Full-bag fittings are priced higher due to time and scope, while driver or iron fittings are shorter and priced accordingly. The fitting fee covers the fitter’s time and studio bay usage.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM FITTING TAKE?
Most fittings take approximately 1.5 hours. A full-bag fitting takes about 3 hours. For more tenured members, full-bag fittings can be split into two sessions to reduce fatigue.
