Club Champion does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding clubheads, shafts, grips, or other parts, including those items used to make your Club Champion-built clubs. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental, indirect, or other damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

1. Eligibility:

Eligibility: The Fall Golf Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to any legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who is 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Void in the U.S. Territories and where prohibited by law. Internet access is required in order to enter this Sweepstakes. Your standard carrier rates may apply. Individuals who are employees, officers, directors, agents, Sponsors and representatives of Club Champion (the “Sponsor”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners and parents, children and siblings and their spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. TIMING:

Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. Central Time on Monday, October 14, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Saturday, November 23, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

During the Entry Period, you must enter your email address in the form provided. Each participant may make a maximum of one (1) entry per day during the Entry Period. Any attempt by any Entrant to make more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period or they will be void. All email addresses will be included in Sponsor database and Paige Spiranac’s database.

4. WINNER SELECTION CRITERIA AND PRIZES:

Winners will be notified on or around Novebmer 25, 2024. Potential winners will be notified via email. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. These determinations are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Prizes and the redemption thereof are subject to terms and conditions specified by Sponsors. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify a prize with a prize of comparable or greater retail value, at its sole discretion. Only one (1) prize is permitted per person and per email address. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Once awarded, Sponsors shall have no further obligations to any winner with respect to any prize.


5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Potential winners will be notified per the guidelines above. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within forty­-eight (48) hours after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate Entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.

6. GRANT OF PUBLICITY:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to permit Sponsor and its designees to use your email, name, city and state address and image or profile photo for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter developed, including but not limited to within Sponsors’ websites and on Sponsors’ social media pages, in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or permission from, or notification to, you, and further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its designees in furtherance of such use. Sweepstakes Entrants may not issue press releases or other publicity in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree: [a] to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsors and Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes; [b] to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsors, Sponsors, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partnership, members, principals, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any claims, actions, injury, liability, loss, or damages of any kind to persons and/or animals, including injury or death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-­related activity or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or other activity related thereto). Club Champion may, at any time, terminate, alter or modify the P.A.R. program and/or these Terms and Conditions without any further obligations and/or benefits to members without notice even though such changes may affect the value of benefits or rewards for redemption. BENEFIT TERMS:

• 1 free fitting, excluding full bag. Use your P.A.R. Membership # to book your free fitting, excluding full bag fittings, online or by calling Club Champion. This fitting must be booked and completed within your membership period. This benefit does not roll over in the event of a requalification. Fitting must be completed in one appointment. • 3 free 1-hour TrackMan practice sessions. 1-hour TrackMan practice sessions must be booked through your fitter or through Club Champion’s Customer Experience team; please relay your P.A.R. Membership #. TrackMan sessions may be subject to blackout times. TrackMan sessions cannot be booked more than 14 days out. TrackMan sessions cannot be canceled or rescheduled; a request for cancelation or rescheduling will result in a forfeiture of the asset. MEMBERSHIP/ELIGIBILITY

Club Champion P.A.R. program is open to all persons who are at least 13 years of age, residents of the United States (including United States territories) or Canada; and have provided a valid email address at the time of their fitting and qualifying purchase. Club Champion customers are automatically enrolled in the program by completing a qualifying purchase of $1,500 or more. By participating in the P.A.R. program, you represent that you agree to these terms and conditions. Customers may opt out of the program by notifying Club Champion (see details below). Your membership is non-transferable and is subject to these terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time. Enrollment begins upon the completion of your first qualifying purchase. After your qualifying purchase, you will receive an email with your membership account number. You are solely responsible for protecting your membership number and not sharing your membership number with anyone else.

HOW TO QUALIFY

Every Club Champion customer who purchases $1,500 or more within the calendar year qualifies for the program. Re-qualification takes place with every $1,500 in qualifying purchases. Upon requalification, TrackMan and fitting benefits reset (do not stack. Calculations are based upon pre-tax dollars spent at checkout. Club Champion reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any program, including, without limitation, the P.A.R. program, at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control or as required by applicable law. In addition, Club Champion reserves the right to terminate your P.A.R. membership and void any balance accumulated in such account(s), if you, in Club Champion’s sole discretion, violate any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law, via deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the P.A.R. program.
