Full Bag Fitting
Every club fit as a set, driver to putter, so each one complements the next.
A Full Bag Fitting takes three hours. Your Master Fitter works one section of the bag at a time and isolates a single variable at a time, shaft first, then head, then the fine specs. You leave with a build sheet listing every spec in your bag. Also available without a putter in two and a half hours.

Averages are averages, and these come from a study rather than a promise. Here is what golfers say about their own fittings.
✓ Perfect Fit Guarantee
The tools that make it measurable.
Three systems cover the whole bag and the decisions behind it, and all of them are in every Club Champion studio.

Trackman
The radar the PGA measures on, built on the same tracking technology used for military projectiles. It reads ball speed, spin, launch and club delivery on every swing, so a shaft or head change shows up as a number instead of a feeling.
Used for woods, irons and wedges

SAM PuttLab
Ultrasound analysis that reads 28 parameters of your putting stroke in seconds. It sets your putter’s length, loft, lie and toe hang against how you actually roll the ball, not how you think you do.
Used for the putter
AI Fitter Co-Pilot
More than 65,000 head and shaft combinations exist across the brands we carry. Our fitting software reads your session data live and narrows that field to the handful your numbers actually support, so your fitter spends the session testing rather than searching.
Used across every fitting
Details matter! Every club piece is sourced separately, weight-sorted and assembled in our centralized build shop to exact tolerances by a Master Builder, then checked by separate quality control specialists against your unique build specs. Club Champion builds over 400,000 custom clubs a year and our work is guaranteed.
How a Full Bag Fitting runs.
Three hours, worked one section of the bag at a time, starting with the irons. Nothing in your bag changes until the data says it should.
What gets tested, in order

Talk through your game
Before and at the start of your session, your fitter learns your goals, your misses, what you play now and your budget.
What you walk out with.
Every spec written down, and a build that matches it.
Your build sheet
The session ends with a build sheet listing the exact specs for every club it covered: head, shaft, length, lie, loft, swingweight and grip. Alongside it sits an itemized recommendation showing what each piece costs.
Nothing is bundled and nothing is withheld. The sheet is yours to keep whether you order that day or not.
No spiffs, no house brand
Your fitter is paid the same whatever you buy. There is no incentive to steer you toward one manufacturer, so the recommendation on your sheet is the one your numbers produced.
Built by Master Builders
Your order goes to a build shop, not an assembly line. Master Builders assemble each club to the specs on your sheet, and we email you as it moves.
SST PUREing
No shaft is perfectly consistent around its axis. SST PUREing finds each shaft’s most stable orientation and aligns it that way in the build.
What it costs, and what that buys.
You pay for the fitting once. The clubs it produces carry lifetime loft, lie and length adjustments, and the Perfect Fit Guarantee sits behind the build.
A lower fee with a custom club purchase.

Full Bag Fitting questions, answered.
What golfers ask most before booking a full bag.
How much is a Full Bag Fitting?
A Full Bag Fitting costs $400 and takes about 3 hours, driver to putter. With a custom club purchase, it's $100.
How long does a Full Bag Fitting take?
About 3 hours, worked one section of the bag at a time: irons first, then the woods gapped to them, then the wedges, then the putter on SAM PuttLab. Without a putter it takes about 2.5 hours and costs $325.
What does a Full Bag Fitting include?
Every club in the bag, fit as a set so each one complements the next, and a build sheet listing the exact spec for all of them, yours to keep whether or not you order.
Do I have to buy a whole bag of clubs afterwards?
No. The build sheet is itemized by club, and you can order any part of it, now or later. Nothing is bundled and nothing has to be bought on the day.
Is a Full Bag Fitting worth it for a high handicap?
Our average customer plays off a 16, and satisfaction holds across every handicap level. The gaps and misfits a full bag finds are most common in sets that were never fit at all.
Are custom clubs quality-control checked?
Yes — every custom order is built to Club Champion’s tightest tolerances and checked to confirm the craftsmanship meets that standard before it reaches you.
Are golf club fittings worth it?
Yes — every golfer, regardless of skill level, can improve through a custom fitting. Because the process is data driven and brand agnostic, you see the real-time performance impact of each change before deciding whether to invest, so the decision is based on evidence rather than guesswork or sales bias.
Can a grip change swingweight?
Yes, potentially — a heavier grip can make swingweight lighter, while a lighter grip can make swingweight heavier, depending on the grip’s total weight.
Can AI replace the expertise of a club fitter?
No — the AI Co-Pilot supports the Master Fitter’s analysis, but the Engineer’s direct conversation with you about goals and feedback is what shapes recommendations the data alone can’t fully capture.
Can Club Champion adjust my current golf clubs?
Yes. If you already know the specifications you want, bring your clubs into a local studio for a quote — adjustments are typically completed within 5 business days. If you’re not sure what changes you need, a full fitting will identify them.
