1. Eligibility:

Eligibility: The Fall Golf Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to any legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who is 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Void in the U.S. Territories and where prohibited by law. Internet access is required in order to enter this Sweepstakes. Your standard carrier rates may apply. Individuals who are employees, officers, directors, agents, Sponsors and representatives of Club Champion (the “Sponsor”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners and parents, children and siblings and their spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. TIMING:

Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. Central Time on Monday, October 14, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Saturday, November 23, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

During the Entry Period, you must enter your email address in the form provided. Each participant may make a maximum of one (1) entry per day during the Entry Period. Any attempt by any Entrant to make more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period or they will be void. All email addresses will be included in Sponsor database and Paige Spiranac’s database.

4. WINNER SELECTION CRITERIA AND PRIZES:

Winners will be notified on or around Novebmer 25, 2024. Potential winners will be notified via email. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. These determinations are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Prizes and the redemption thereof are subject to terms and conditions specified by Sponsors. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify a prize with a prize of comparable or greater retail value, at its sole discretion. Only one (1) prize is permitted per person and per email address. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Once awarded, Sponsors shall have no further obligations to any winner with respect to any prize.


5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Potential winners will be notified per the guidelines above. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within forty­-eight (48) hours after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate Entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.

6. GRANT OF PUBLICITY:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to permit Sponsor and its designees to use your email, name, city and state address and image or profile photo for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter developed, including but not limited to within Sponsors’ websites and on Sponsors’ social media pages, in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or permission from, or notification to, you, and further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its designees in furtherance of such use. Sweepstakes Entrants may not issue press releases or other publicity in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree: [a] to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsors and Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes; [b] to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsors, Sponsors, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partnership, members, principals, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any claims, actions, injury, liability, loss, or damages of any kind to persons and/or animals, including injury or death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-­related activity or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or other activity related thereto). This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that the Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes or to any prize awarded. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion and, if terminated, to award the prizes from all non-­suspect, eligible entries received prior to such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the eligible Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (Whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
